Jan. – 31. März) sind es 2,90 €, und in der Nachsaison (1. Nov. – 31. Dez.) 3,00 €. Die Abgabe beinhaltet die Nutzung des Busnetzes der Usedomer Bäderbahn (UBB).

Das Haus befindet sich im Grünen. Nebenan steht ein Kurhaus mit Rezeption an der der Check-In dann später stattfindet. Perfekt für Spaziergänge und Radtouren.
